Signup form submissions and emails are received and stored in our organisation's Gmail account, which is protected by Google's account security measures (including password protection and, where enabled, two-factor authentication). We take reasonable steps to keep this account secure and limit access to those who need it to run Deafcity Hub.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not routinely share your personal data with third parties. Your data may be processed by:
Google (Gmail), as our email provider, which stores the data on our behalf. Google's own privacy practices are set out in the Google Privacy Policy.
Framer, as the platform that builds and hosts our website, and which processes visitor data (such as basic technical/log data) needed to operate the site. See Framer's Privacy Policy for details.
We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy without asking for your permission first.
6. How long we keep your data
Newsletter signups: we keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time (see Section 8).
Enquiry emails: we keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, typically no longer than 24 months, unless we need to keep it longer for a legitimate reason (e.g. an ongoing matter).

Our website is built and hosted using Framer. Framer may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function correctly (for example, technical operation and security). These essential cookies do not require your consent under UK law.
